- everybody have to fall-in 5 min before the time given
- all nails must be short
- all socks must be above ankle
- all long hairs must be bunned up
- no wearing of earsticks/earstuds/earrings
- all fringe must be clipped-up
- everybody must wear the correct attire
- no showing of attitudes
- everybody have to respect evrybody else
- all answers have to be loud
- moving from place to place must be fast
- bring what you are suppose to bring
- every cca, you have to bring water bottles(filled-up to the brim)
TYPES OF PUNISHMENTS
- buy socks from me ( each pair $2.50)
- buy clip from me ($0.50 each)
- rent nail clipper ($0.50 per hand)
- pumping
- it will be based on the creativity and imagination of the CSM and ACSM
btw i really thank you all for making today's cca a very nice one since we stepped-up. i hope you all had fun like how i had my fun.

its good that you guys are performing great without me hand holding you all and teaching you all what to do (At least from what i see)... I believe its your own talents plus the Senior NCOs Guidance. Frankly speaking, I was quite worried that you guys might not be able to handle when I cant make it back during CCA times nowdays... But you guys put my heart at ease now...
I do hope this efficiency and passion will last though..
To Senior NCOs: You all did a very good job in passing down your knowledge, You guys were also a good friend to me!
To Current NCOs: So far so good, hope i wasnt wrong about you all... Can contact me for advices
To Juniors: I hope the sec 3s arent torturing you all.. Do read this blog often yup... Anything keep in contact..

Finally to all: You guys better study hard for MID YEAR examination(at least a pass and aim for B grade), if not during June camp from 10pm to 6am where the rest is sleeping you gonna have tution with me and your Senior NCOs
People with more then 4As and above with result script as document proof will be given extra 5 mins undisturbed for Bathing(You guys know how important this is!)

Monday, April 06, 2009 Friday, April 3 You all did generally good for speech day parade today, most of you the timing was always together... Just that you all need to swing up to ninety degrees up yea... it will look very nice then.
Gentle reminder to all NCO for your 1k word essay and why should you all work together.
Also to those who did not wear half uniform today , i want your 1000 word essay on why you all did not bring and why should you all bring your uniform next time. Except for sin yee 500 words on why should you bring uniform next time.
It must be handwritten and not typed out. Dateline would be on Tuesday CCA Training.
Dont Forget next monday, its a full dress rehearsal which means full uniform plus gloves
Most of you have gotten your CPBS certs already, make your purchase tml at HQ from 9am to 12pm.. U can wear anything you like.. not necessary jeans,shoes or whatsoever
