I really must commend on the standard of your footdrill last Thursday (1.4.10).
You guys were brilliant during the extra training! Was it because the thought of going home early had served as a form of motivation? Haha.
Initially not-so....but you guys showed a really marked improved.
Good job good job.
Your effort had not gone unnoticed, Subha, Siva and I all agree.
Heard how synchronized you guys were? The part when no one dragged their boots. That's the standard we want....
Keep up the standard okay guys?
Always remember:
- Dont fidget so much, its VERY OBVIOUS
- Wiggle your toes when in sedia/senang diri position for quite sometime
- Check dressing by glancing sidewards
- Swing arms together
- LOCK YOUR ARMS
- Do not drag your boots
